The staff were nice. Secured building. But not well maintained or clean. Hair in bed from previous guest. Dirty furniture. Floors are extremely loud and you can hear all the noisy people staying above you at all hours.

We’ve stayed at the Germantown Inn for the past three years and have always enjoyed it, and seeing Krissy, the friendly and knowledgeable innkeeper. We were sorry to see this year that the lovely afternoon charcuterie spread is no longer offered and the generous warm breakfast including homemade quiche is now a barebones collection of muffins and other empty carbs and a pot of coffee. Germantown Inn was a pricey indulgence that the extras helped us to rationalize. I feel less inclined to choose it in the future.

Decided to splurge and not go with the company recommended hotel rooms when I attended a convention in Nashville and I’m so glad I did. This lived up to all the reviews. Serene tranquil luxury yet in the middle of everything. Staff was amazing and I had the best deep tissue massage of my life!
